Acum ceva timp, scriam despre un program al The Planetary Society, care urma să trimită pe planeta roşie, odată cu sonda Phoenix, un DVD inscripţionat cu 250.000 de nume.

Iată că Ţarălungă a ajuns pe Marte :

Candidatul la Primăria Bucureştiului, Vasile Blaga, şi-a postat proiectele pe Google Maps.

Chiar dacă probabil niciunul nu se va realiza, prezentarea pe net e cel puţin încântătoare.

După lista excepţională de pe blogul lui Cristian Şuţu a celor mai cretine clipuri electorale, cotidianul publică astăzi probabil cel mai tare afiş electoral din această campanie :

Day 366 (Zürich, Mai 2008)

Săptămâna asta m-am jucat un pic cu API-urile Google Maps şi din joaca asta a ieşit o hartă interactivă a Brăilei (probabil prima).

A trebuit să mapez cele mai importante bulevarde şi străzi din oraş (vorba celebră “a nimerit orbul Brăila” şi-a dovedit veridicitatea), asta pentru că Google nu are încă o hartă a oraşului ci doar o imagine din satelit.

În plus, a trebuit să ocolesc câteva problemele de randare ale Internet Explorer cu nişte mici artificii.

Am definit 15 tipuri de obiective pe care oricine le poate folosi pentru a-şi adăuga propriile locaţii pe hartă.
